Q. AI会話が始まりません／使えません。
AIとの自由な英会話機能には、Apple Intelligenceに対応したiPhone（iPhone 15 Pro以降）とiOS 26が必要です。対応していない端末では「発音練習」をはじめとする機能をお使いいただけます。
Q. 発音練習はどの端末で使えますか？
発音練習はAIを使わないため、iOS 26が動作するすべてのiPhoneでお使いいただけます。
Q. 通信は必要ですか？
いいえ。会話AI・音声認識・発音採点はすべて端末内で動作します。完全オフラインで、通信量はかかりません。
Q. 録音した音声はどこかに送られますか？
いいえ。音声はすべて端末内で処理され、外部に送信・保存されることはありません。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
Q. マイクの声が認識されません。
「設定 > SpeakLoop」でマイクと音声認識の許可がオンになっているかご確認ください。静かな場所で、はっきりと話すと認識精度が上がります。
Q. SpeakLoop Pro（課金）について。
Proでは試験対策シーンやフレーズ保存の上限解放などがご利用いただけます。月額・年額のサブスクリプションと買い切りプランがあります。購入の復元はアプリ内の「復元」から行えます。サブスクリプションはApp Storeの「サブスクリプション」管理画面からいつでも解約できます。

Q. The AI conversation won't start.
The free AI conversation feature requires an Apple Intelligence–capable iPhone (iPhone 15 Pro or later) and iOS 26. On other devices you can still use Pronunciation Practice and more.
Q. Which devices support Pronunciation Practice?
Pronunciation Practice does not use AI, so it works on every iPhone running iOS 26.
Q. Do I need an internet connection?
No. The conversation AI, speech recognition, and pronunciation scoring all run on-device. It works fully offline with no data usage.
Q. Is my recorded audio sent anywhere?
No. All audio is processed on your device and is never transmitted or stored externally. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Q. About SpeakLoop Pro.
Pro unlocks exam-prep scenes and removes the saved-phrase limit, among other benefits. Monthly and annual subscriptions and a lifetime option are available. Restore purchases from within the app; manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in the App Store's Subscriptions settings.
